Capital Works Annual Outlook 2010-2011

 
 
This Annual Outlook aims to collect and display information from each Australian jurisdiction on future major public capital works demand. It is intended to assist the building and construction industry to plan and develop business strategies in response to future resource demand. 
 
All Australian APCC members provided the capital works data applying the following criteria:
‒         New projects
‒         Proposed projects commencing from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011 – preferably by each quarter.
‒         Projects that appear in jurisdictional Treasury Budget Papers.
‒         Capital works includes both horizontal and vertical (i.e Treasury’s view of capital works).
‒         Include all projects (in Treasury Budget Papers) however as a minimum those over $50million.
