The third International Public Procurement Conference (IPPC) will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands on August 28-30, 2008. IPPC 2008 will facilitate the international exchange of knowledge and knowhow on public purchasing. Central theme for 2008 is 'Enhanced Best Practices in Public Procurement'.
Papers will include:
- Benchmarking and performance measurement in public procurement
- Competition and procurement (impact on SME’s, competitiveness, antitrust)
- Public tendering (rules and regulations)
- Sustainable/ green procurement
